Generally printing is preferred over embroidery when it comes to printing on headwear. We can achieve vibrant and sharp prints that cannot be achieved through embroidery.

Our production team uses their discretion to produce and place the designs. If you have specific measurements or positioning requirements it is crucial you speak with our customer service team prior to ordering.

You may request a free mock-up prior to ordering to get an idea of what your items might look like once completed. Alternatively, you can proceed straight to producessingthe order as we produce a design visual for approval prior to production.
Q. What format do I need my logo in?
Embroidery - Jpeg, .png, pdf, EPS or AI file
Printing: EPS, Ai or PDF. If you only have a JPEG or .PNG file, please email what you have, we’ll provide you with a quotation to recreate the logo .

Q. How big will my design be printed or embroidered on the cap?
Most headwear has a max height limit of 6cm high, we will proportion the width accordingly
Q. I have my logo on a business card/print out, can you use that?
Answer:If you have a logo or design that is not computerized (Eg, A business card, printed tee, sign, photo etc) We can use this as a reference for quotation purposes but will not be able to print it. Our team will need to create the digital version for you or request you supply the digital file. The recreation process can vary in complexity depending on your design.

We offer a wide range of graphics design services geared towards meeting client demands as simply and cost effectively as possible. Although we can create logos and custom designs from scratch we recommend you provide us with as much information, references and guidance as possible to meet one of our standard tiered graphics design pages. Our graphics design services include but are not limited to; Logo creation, business card designs, banner & signs designs, logo vectorizing & digitizing and t-shirt designs. We can help you to bring your sketch to life or turn your word doc into a professional banner. Q. What is the MOQ for embroidery?
Our minimum order for embroidery is 10 units.
Q. Are there set up fees for embroidery?
You will incur a $65.00 Set-up fee to create the digitized / production ready file of your logo.This set-up fee is charged per logo / design. It will not be charged for repeat orders placed within 1 year of your last order. The size, position, & colours of the logo/design must remain the same to be covered under the 1 digitizing / setup fee.
Q. What is the turnaround time for embroidery?
Turnaround time for embroidery is 10-12 business days from approval of the sample, payment and confirmation of the order.
Q. Do all logos/designs cost the same to embroider?
Embroidery pricing will vary depending on How many stitches are in your logo. Eg an embroidered solid circle will be more costly than plain text, the bigger the logo, the more costly. How many colours in the embroidered logo design - this will only impact pricing for logos with 4+ colours.
Q. Will my logo look better embroidered or printed?
Logo / design intricacy is the main factor to consider when choosing to embroidery or print your design - We produce embroidery sample swatches prior to production for approval to confirm thread colours and the embroidered output is exactly how you’d like it. It is however important to note that embroidery does not have the crisp / detailed capabilities as printing. Our 5-7 Day service is considered our standard turnaround time.
Day 0 is complete once you’ve successfully; confirmed your order, made payment and approved your artwork. If you require your speed, we highly recommend contacting us right away to discuss your requirements and availability.
3-5 business days. Our 3-5 day express service incurs a 25% handing fee and is available for stocked items only. If you require this service please reach out to us to confirm the item's availability before placing your order.
24 Hour Service Our same day printing service is only available to a limited number of customized products. You will notice the same day printing icon on the personalised products you can choose from. It is important to note that this service includes business hours only. If you require same day collection we suggest you view our 3 hour service options and contact us to confirm availability.
3 Hour Service So you need it, and you need it NOW. Our 3 hours service should meet your needs. Most of our best selling / core promotional printed products. Our showroom and primary production facility is located at 23 Nicholas Dr, Dandenong South, 3175. Our warehouse & showroom is only available via appointment.
